· Provide support and intervention to Recovery Home staff during youth crises situations.
· Ensure fidelity to the Teaching Family Model by completing bi-weekly observations of direct care staff and monthly consultation summaries.
· Provide Teaching Family Model training to White’s staff in all programs.
· Complete Performance Correction documentation, where appropriate, to Recovery Home staff.
· Supervise and interact effectively with those identified Recovery staff to motivate and ensure compliance with Indiana Department of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA), American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), DCS licensing, and other accrediting bodies.
Case Supervision
· Complete intake assessments, Individual Crisis Management Plans, progress reports, weekly log notes, discharge plans, and other case management requirements.
· Coordinate case planning through communication with Recovery Team participants including: youth and family, Therapists, Recovery Services Program Director, school personnel, placing agents, medical staff, and community resources/supports.
· Participate in weekly treatment plan updates with other members of the Recovery Services Treatment Team.
· Facilitate Review Boards for youth with significant behavioral incidents or when directed by the Recovery Services Program Director.
